Food People is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage and drive sales activities across the MENA region for a leading FMCG business. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing distribution partners, and ensuring efficient operations to meet and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple markets and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all sales activities for the MENA region, achieving set targets

Oversee MENA distribution markets, including profit and loss (P&L) management

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the execution of commercial strategies

Develop and implement new sales processes and strategies

Negotiate new distribution contracts

Conduct monthly reporting and forecasting

Serve as the key point of contact for regional distribution partners, addressing any issues

Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on FMCG

Proven experience managing multiple markets in the MENA region

Experience in managing distributors and business development

Strong sales and negotiation skills
