Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) to spearhead sales growth and market expansion within the automotive and industrial spare parts distribution sector. This leadership role demands a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can drive business development, manage key accounts, and guide a results-focused sales team across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic sales initiatives and expand customer base across GCC markets.

Conduct regular field visits to develop new business relationships and reinforce existing partnerships.

Create and execute actionable sales plans aligned with company growth goals.

Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and negotiation to contract closure and delivery oversight.

Maintain high standards of client service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to optimize sales processes and fulfillment.

Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Mentor and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and driving performance to exceed revenue targets.

Present periodic performance reports and market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

8–10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role in the automotive or industrial parts sector.

Native-level fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of market dynamics in the GCC region.

Competence in CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel across the GCC as needed.
Salary Package: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (all-inclusive)
