Known for its soulful family and newborn photography studios across the UAE and beyond, the studio is expanding into lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality — and that growth begins with exceptional hiring.

This is a full-time, non-volume, high-quality recruiting role where you’ll partner closely with the founder and core leadership team to identify and onboard world-class talent. If you care deeply about people and culture, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across multiple regions
• Source, screen, and engage top talent — one thoughtfully chosen candidate at a time
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define ideal profiles
• Improve internal hiring operations, documentation, and onboarding workflows
• Champion culture-aligned recruitment and act as a true hiring partner to leadership

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house settings
• Excellent English communication (Upper Intermediate or above)
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
• Passionate about culture-first hiring and quality over quantity
• Flexible and available to work remotely across multiple time zones
