Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will oversee the entire hiring process from pre-screening to onboarding. The successful candidate will manage and prepare recruitment reports, analyze the organizational hiring needs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent. You will work closely with the HR team to refine job descriptions, update hiring requirements, and ensure the recruitment process is streamlined and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Reporting:
    Maintain recruitment reports throughout the hiring process, from pre-screening to onboarding, ensuring timely evaluation and analysis of data.

  • Workforce Planning:
    Analyze the organization’s hiring needs and design cost-effective strategies to meet talent acquisition goals.

  • Job Descriptions & Specifications:
    Develop and regularly update job descriptions and job specifications based on organizational requirements and evolving roles.

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    Survey leading hiring portals to post job listings and attract suitable candidates.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, lunch, video, and group) to ensure a swift and effective candidate selection process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to conduct interviews clearly and concisely.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, with expertise in various interview formats.

  • Excellent time management skills to meet hiring deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
