About the Role:

We are searching for an entrepreneurial Recruitment Partner to join our team. As the first point of contact for business partners, this individual will play a pivotal role in building new business and growing existing relationships. Initially, the role offers a commission-based structure with the potential for future ownership and leadership opportunities. You’ll be a key player in building a boutique office in Dubai with 4-5 consultants over the next two years, and eventually take on the position of GM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and seize partnership opportunities to drive business growth.

• Cultivate new relationships and expand the company’s business presence.

• Manage and maintain existing business relationships to ensure long-term success.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

• Think critically and execute plans to ensure project and partnership success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 4 years of prior business development experience in a related industry.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience executing successful business development strategies.

• Highly focused, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation:

• First 7 months: No fixed salary, but significant commission from the revenue you generate.

• Post-stabilization: Adjusted agreement to reflect the success and growth of the office.

• Full ownership and flexibility in building the market, with the potential to become the GM of the Dubai office.
