Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent. The ideal candidate will collaborate with department heads, develop effective sourcing strategies, and oversee onboarding processes to support the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Job Advertising & Sourcing

  • Post job vacancies on job boards, company website, and social media.

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

📋 Screening & Candidate Shortlisting

  • Review applications to identify top talent.

  • Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls.

  • Shortlist candidates for interviews based on role requirements.

🤝 Interviews & Candidate Evaluation

  • Schedule and conduct interviews (in-person/remote).

  • Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Prepare interview feedback and recommendations.

💼 Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Work with managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Provide advice on hiring strategies, compensation, and candidate selection.

📑 Offer Negotiation & Hiring

  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms (salary, benefits, start date).

  • Oversee background and reference checks.

📂 Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire documentation.

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks related to new employee orientation.

📊 Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment records and track hiring metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

🏢 Employer Branding

  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

  • Promote company values and culture to attract top candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment techniques.

  • Experience with HR software and online job platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    Preferred: Experience in social media recruitment and HR analytics tools.
