Chinese Palace Group is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) roles within the food & beverage sector. The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. The role requires strong recruitment skills, experience in high-volume hiring, and the ability to manage both local and overseas recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational, support, FOH, and BOH roles.

Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and workforce needs.

Source candidates via job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and direct channels.

Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.

Organize local and overseas recruitment campaigns for FOH/BOH staff.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company recruitment policies.

Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and trial shifts.

Support onboarding including documentation, visa processing, and orientation.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and updates for management.

Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.

Strong background in high-volume hiring for FOH (waiters, baristas, hosts, cashiers) and BOH (chefs, kitchen staff, cleaners).

Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and onboarding procedures.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
