Aldar Education is seeking a Receptionist (UAE National) for immediate start at Al Shohub Private School in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide high-quality customer service to visitors, assist with the admission process, and support various administrative tasks within the school.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.

Assist parents during the student registration and admission process.

Provide clerical and administrative support, including updating attendance registers, photocopying, filing, and responding to routine correspondence.

Handle word processing tasks, database management, and Internet research.
-
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with all necessary materials.
-
Answer and forward phone calls in accordance with school protocols.
-
Log admissions inquiries into the MIS database.

Arrange transportation for visitors when required.

Provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, and tuition fees to parents and visitors.

Participate in relevant meetings and perform other clerical duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an equivalent field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the education sector.

Skills:
-
Fluent in English (written and oral).
-
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
-
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with parents and staff in a multicultural environment.

Excellent office management and organizational skills.
