Gemcorp ICS, a leading integrated service provider with operations across Dubai, Angola, Switzerland, and London, is seeking a Receptionist to join their Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team.
Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, manage visitor access, and prepare/serve beverages.

Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, set up video calls and presentations.

Support Office Manager and team with administrative and operational tasks.

Maintain office tidiness and ensure common areas and meeting rooms are operational.

Track and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.

Process orders, invoices, and document expenses.

Manage deliveries, incoming packages, and outgoing couriering.

Oversee service provider visits, coordinating permits and reports.

Assist in building and facility maintenance and correspondence with contractors/vendors.

Answer incoming calls and provide general front-desk support.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-
3–5 years of front desk or administrative experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
