This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who can create a warm welcome for guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, handle payments, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in line with brand standards.

• Answer phone calls, respond to guest queries, and provide accurate information on promotions, pricing, and local events.

• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments according to cash handling procedures.

• Identify corporate leads and build long-term client relationships.

• Promote online guest feedback and work on service improvements.

• Carry out general office duties such as correspondence, emails, and filing.

• Maintain stock of supplies and reception stationery.

• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments.

• Ensure guest safety in compliance with company safety guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist in the Front Office department.

• Proficiency in Opera PMS.

• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team.
