ALBA CORP is seeking a Receptionist/Host to be the welcoming face of its car showroom in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone professional, customer-focused, and passionate about creating excellent first impressions. The receptionist will handle front desk operations, assist customers, coordinate communication, and support the sales team administratively.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.

Handle phone calls, emails, and showroom inquiries, routing them appropriately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage sales team calendars.
-
Provide administrative support including document handling, filing, and record-keeping.

Ensure smooth communication between internal departments.

Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.

Uphold Alba Cars’ customer-first image at all times.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
-
Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role (preferably customer-facing).

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).

Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and manage a busy reception.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,800 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience).

Work Visa sponsorship.

Medical insurance as per UAE labor law.
Work Arrangement:

Full-time, on-site position.

6 working days per week.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
