Cariva UAE is seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at its Dubai showroom. This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for clients while supporting internal showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone calls efficiently and courteously, provide information, and route calls appropriately

Welcome visitors with a pleasant demeanor and assist them politely

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the reception area

Register customer details and showroom footfall accurately in the system

Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly showroom reports

Manage demo vehicles and ensure customer data is captured before test drives
Required Skills & Qualifications:

High School Certificate

Training in telephone handling is an advantage

Familiarity with multicultural work environments

Well-groomed and presentable personality

Strong verbal and written communication skills
