Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description:
We are seeking a well-groomed and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff at our Dubai office. As the face of the company, you will provide a welcoming and professional experience, manage front desk operations, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, professionalism, and a friendly attitude

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
-
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, receiving mail, and filing documents
-
Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings, appointments, and other logistical support
-
Manage visitor logs and ensure an up-to-date inventory of office supplies

Assist HR and Admin with onboarding processes and event coordination when required

Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferably in the UAE)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is a plus

Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with UAE office protocols and documentation processes
