About the Role:
Premier Inn is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Reception Team Leader to join the team at its Dubai Barsha Heights location. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and support front office colleagues to deliver exceptional guest service.

Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes in line with Premier Inn’s brand standards.

Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Manage payments and adhere to all cash handling and shift handover procedures.
-
Use Opera PMS to manage reservations and guest requests accurately.

Provide accurate local and promotional information to guests.
-
Identify and support corporate lead generation and positive online mentions.

Uphold operational procedures and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Requirements:

Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory/reception team leader role at a branded hotel.

Hands-on experience with Opera PMS.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
