We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to support our growing real estate operations in Dubai. This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential buyers, tenants, and investors through outbound calls sourced from online leads, campaigns, and property portals.

Lead Qualification: Understand client needs, provide initial property details, and determine lead quality before transferring to the sales team.

Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings, property viewings, and consultations for real estate agents.

CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, statuses, and follow-ups using CRM software.

Follow-Up: Reconnect with interested clients to provide additional information, nurture engagement, and keep them in the loop.

Client Relationship Building: Deliver friendly and professional communication to build rapport and earn client trust.

Market Familiarity: Stay informed on active listings, market trends, and promotional offers to effectively assist and engage clients.

Reporting: Share regular updates with the sales manager on call outcomes, lead quality, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s in marketing, business, or real estate is a plus

Experience: Minimum 2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer support (real estate experience preferred)

Communication: Excellent English-speaking skills and persuasive phone etiquette

Sales Insight: Understanding of sales funnel and real estate lead conversion

Technical Know-How: Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
