Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and convert leads through calls, site visits, and online platforms.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties with professional guidance.

• Maintain up-to-date property listings and stay informed on market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and team members.

• Professionally negotiate deals and successfully close transactions.

• Manage all documentation and ensure smooth legal processing.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Work towards customer retention and client relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about real estate, sales, and delivering customer success.

• Basic understanding of the Dubai property market is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital platforms.

• Prior real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible with working hours.
