Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter fluent in English and at least one European language to join our Abu Dhabi team. The recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for real estate positions, including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff. This role requires building strong talent pipelines, collaborating with department heads, and representing the company at industry events and career fairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various real estate roles.

• Source candidates through networking, outreach, and digital platforms.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and professional excellence.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles.

• Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.

• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

• Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.

• Fluency in English and one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).

• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe.

• Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios.
