As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and professional candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential candidates via outbound calls and professional networking.

• Communicate job opportunities and answer initial queries.

• Qualify applicants based on defined criteria.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records.

• Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within Dubai’s real estate sector.

• Proven record of successful hires in real estate.

• Strong presence and network on LinkedIn.

• Ability to hire across diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
