Key Responsibilities

🔹 Portfolio & Risk Management

• Oversee and manage the real estate portfolio to ensure revenue growth while mitigating risks.

• Maintain a zero expiry level for all assigned accounts and ensure NPL remains below 4%.

• Conduct credit reviews and renewals in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

🔹 Client Relationship & Business Growth

• Act as a trusted advisor for real estate clients, providing tailored financial solutions.

• Cross-sell Global Financial Markets (GFM), Global Transaction Banking (GTB), and other FAB products.

• Handle client inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and proactively manage customer satisfaction.

🔹 Strategic Decision-Making & Compliance

• Ensure all internal processes, KYC documentation, and operational procedures align with FAB’s policies.

• Adhere to decision-making frameworks and authorization matrices for credit approvals.

• Contribute to audit compliance by maintaining high standards of reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or Business (professional accounting qualification preferred).
✅ Expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Strong credit analysis, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
✅ Ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
✅ English and Arabic proficiency is preferred.
