In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for providing brokerage services, managing client relationships, and handling the sale and rental of prime residential properties. As a Real Estate Broker, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease and sale agreements, preparing market analysis, and developing strong relationships with clients, investors, and landlords. You’ll be an integral part of our team, utilizing our premium listings and resources to close successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in the sale and rental of luxury residential properties in Dubai.

  • Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, canvassing, and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers, landlords, and investors.

  • Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for property listings and organize photography for marketing purposes.

  • Enter new property listings into CRM (Propspace) for effective marketing.

  • Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants, matching their requirements with available properties.

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers, tenants, and landlords.

  • Close deals and attend DLD for title transaction processing.

  • Stay updated with current market trends and offer clients informed insights.

  • Consistently follow up with clients to build long-term relationships and repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is essential

  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property regulations is a plus

  • Experience managing real property and handling transactions
