Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE.

• Provide expert guidance on real estate investments, current market trends, and legal documentation procedures.

• Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.

• Negotiate offers and finalize deals to achieve successful transactions and meet sales goals.

• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and industry professionals.

• Actively promote property listings through online platforms, social media, referrals, and traditional networking strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and actively contribute to team and company growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High level of motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive attitude.

• Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a plus.

• Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.

• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
