This full-time, on-site role is perfect for candidates with at least 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai who are eager to grow with a supportive and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences

• Handle property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings

• Manage and convert high-quality verified leads provided by the company

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property laws

• Work collaboratively with a supportive team under professional guidance

• Provide a top-tier customer service experience throughout the buying or renting process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai

• Strong communication and client engagement skills

• Highly motivated, consistent, and proactive in reaching targets

• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured system

• Not currently licensed? Training and licensing support is provided

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
