Job Role:
Betterhomes is hiring Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The role involves handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, building relationships with clients, and managing the end-to-end property sales and leasing cycle. You’ll work within a high-performing team with access to top-tier training, leads, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings and conduct client viewings

• Source potential leads and close sales/rental transactions

• Guide clients throughout the leasing/sales process

• Maintain strong client relationships to build long-term business

• Negotiate deals effectively and ensure smooth transactions

• Coordinate with internal marketing, admin, and client partnership teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Real Estate, Car Sales, Recruitment, etc. OR experience in high-end customer service (e.g., Cabin Crew, Luxury Retail)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Proactive, results-driven attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
