Core Club is seeking an elite Real Estate Agent to join its premier community of top-tier brokers in Dubai. The role offers full-time hybrid work, where agents are responsible for customer service, sales, and property management. Successful candidates should have a proven track record, a minimum of 500,000 AED annual closings, and the ability to generate their own leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage real property and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Conduct sales and oversee property transactions from start to finish.

Generate and nurture leads independently.

Collaborate with fellow top brokers within the community for mutual success.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with local real estate laws.
Candidate Profile:

Real Estate License (RERA Card required or must meet verification standards).

Minimum 500,000 AED in annual closing volume or 12 deals per year.

Proven ability to generate personal leads and manage sales processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
