Fast and Easy Real Estate, based in Dubai, is a growing real estate firm specializing in buying, selling, and renting premium residential and commercial properties. We are looking for motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team and help us deliver exceptional real estate experiences to our clients across the UAE.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, have excellent people skills, and are eager to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and staying up-to-date with Dubai’s fast-moving property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties.

• Conduct property tours and open houses.

• Market listings through multiple platforms, both online and offline.

• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.

• Prepare and manage real estate contracts and documentation.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations in Dubai.

• Provide expert advice and high-level customer service to clients.

• Build and maintain a network of property owners, buyers, and tenants.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License in the UAE is required.

• 1+ year of experience in real estate sales or property management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service mindset with a client-first approach.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and online real estate platforms.
