SkyWing Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations, coordinate transactions, manage office administration, and assist the sales and management teams. The role ensures professional client communication, accurate documentation, and smooth operational workflow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all office administration tasks, including correspondence, supplies, and maintaining office organization.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering calls and welcoming visitors.

Coordinate real estate transactions by preparing contracts (MOU, Form F) and liaising with conveyancers.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and transaction data.

Support marketing efforts by listing properties and managing basic social media updates.

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and sales team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as an administrator or office manager, ideally in real estate.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
-
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with real estate CRM systems.

Knowledge of RERA forms and Dubai real estate transaction processes.
-
1–2 years of administrative experience within the Dubai real estate sector preferred.
