OMMIRA Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our agents and clients, and managing the administrative aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks including document handling, data entry, and record-keeping.

Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and internal meetings.

Draft, review, and manage real estate documentation including tenancy contracts, Form A/B, and MOUs.

Upload and maintain property listings on major portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and property information.

Handle Ejari registrations, DLD documentation, Trakheesi applications, and other real estate procedures.

Serve as a professional liaison between agents, clients, developers, and regulatory authorities.

Create marketing collateral including property brochures, email campaigns, and presentation materials.

Track and report property availability, leads, and transaction status regularly.

Oversee office supply inventory and support general office operations.
Requirements:

1–3 years of administrative experience in the Dubai real estate industry.

Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

In-depth knowledge of DLD, Ejari, and real estate listing portals.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
Compensation:
-
Salary: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
