Royal Avenues Engineering LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer in Dubai. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting inspections, testing materials, reviewing production processes for compliance, preparing detailed reports, and implementing corrective actions. The engineer will collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project quality and efficiency, especially in High-Rise Tower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control and quality assurance systems.

• Conduct inspections and testing of materials to ensure project specifications are met.

• Review production processes for compliance with standards and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation.

• Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Certification in Quality Management is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in quality management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, with extensive experience in High-Rise Tower projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
