A prestigious university in Dubai is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with CAA and KHDA standards while coordinating with the UK academic team. The role focuses on maintaining high academic quality and integrity, managing accreditation processes, and ensuring continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Reporting & Compliance:

• Develop and submit bi-annual CHEDS reports for CAA compliance.

• Generate academic progress reports for Dubai/MENA students.

• Monitor compliance with UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) regulations.

• Maintain digital course files with updated syllabi, assessments, and student feedback.

• Prepare and manage submissions for accreditation changes.

📌 Quality Assurance & Institutional Effectiveness:

• Implement and oversee quality assurance policies across the institution.

• Design and distribute surveys to assess teaching quality and student experiences.

• Collect and analyze faculty feedback for continuous improvement.

• Assist in program reviews to maintain accreditation standards.

📌 Coordination with Dubai & UK Teams:

• Serve as the liaison between the Dubai and UK Academic Quality Assurance team.

• Support accreditation processes, including self-study reports and site visits.

• Represent the university at local accreditation events and regulatory gatherings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or educational administration.

• Strong understanding of accreditation processes in higher education.

• Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or CQIA are a plus.
