We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Materials Engineer to join our award-winning Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of material quality, performance, and compliance across major roads and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, evaluate, and approve material submittals in accordance with project specifications, UAE authority regulations (RTA, Dubai Municipality), and international standards.

Verify manufacturer certifications, test reports, and compliance documentation for materials such as asphalt, concrete, aggregates, geotextiles, steel reinforcement, and pipelines.

Oversee on-site and laboratory testing, including Proctor tests, asphalt mix designs, slump and compressive strength testing, and sieve analysis.

Implement and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for material inspections.

Conduct site inspections, witness material trials, and approve initial deliveries.

Maintain complete traceability and documentation of materials from delivery to installation.

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to materials and oversee corrective actions.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and third-party laboratories to resolve quality issues.

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly material quality reports for project stakeholders.

Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews led by QA/QC management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in QA/QC material engineering, specifically for roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Strong understanding of local authority requirements and international quality standards.

Proven expertise in laboratory and field material testing.
