🧾 Role Summary

We are hiring a Purchaser (Car Buyer) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to maintaining and growing dubizzle’s used car inventory by pricing, negotiating, and acquiring vehicles for retail. You’ll be responsible for evaluating vehicles, ensuring healthy margins, and managing the purchasing pipeline to meet monthly sales targets.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Price vehicles accurately for listing on the dubizzle pro platform.

• Negotiate car purchase prices to ensure maximum margin and efficient sales.

• Acquire cars for resale based on defined retail and managed service criteria.

• Maintain healthy vehicle stock levels with an average inventory age of 30 days.

• Achieve monthly targets for vehicle acquisition, margin, and inventory turnover.

• Conduct outbound consultations to bring new branches onto the platform.

• Adjust pricing based on condition, mileage, specifications, and market trends.

• Accurately input customer and vehicle data into Salesforce CRM.

• Manage the representation process from customer greeting to car handover.

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive future business.

✅ Requirements

• Valid UAE driver’s license.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience.

• CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred).

• Proven track record in car pricing or purchasing roles.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE used car market.

• Expertise in GCC vehicle makes, models, and specifications.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
