Role Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Purchaser to join its trading division in Dubai. The selected candidate will manage the full procurement lifecycle, develop supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing of marine and industrial materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchasing needs for marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables.

• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating prices, delivery terms, and schedules.

• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure on-time and quality deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier databases.

• Collaborate with internal departments for requisition approvals and stock planning.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for order receipt and inventory updates.

• Align procurement processes with organizational policies and cost-saving goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in marine or industrial trading environments.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, or related fields.

• Sound understanding of marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP or similar platforms).

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
