deugro is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will manage government relations, legal documentation, visa processing, and more. This hybrid, full-time position offers flexibility and growth opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the company and government authorities, handling documentation and approvals.

• Visa & Immigration Processing: Manage employee visas, labor cards, work permits, and residency applications through MOHRE and immigration departments.

• CICPA Pass & Security Clearance: Oversee the application and renewal of CICPA passes for personnel and equipment.

• Trade License & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and government certifications.

• Legal Documentation & Approvals: Submit and process official documents required for business operations.

• Permit Management: Coordinate approvals for oversized/overweight cargo transport with authorities like Abu Dhabi Police, ITC, and RTA.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist HR, operations, and sales teams with compliance-related matters.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PRO-related activities.

• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures.

• Experience with CICPA and other government portals.

• Familiarity with ADNOC on/offshore procedures.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
