Key Responsibilities:

Craft and oversee customized proposals that align with sales targets and enhance client engagement in off-plan property offerings.

Utilize DLD and OQOOD expertise to ensure proposals meet compliance standards and clearly convey investment advantages.

Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and senior leadership—to gather insights and tailor proposals for diverse investors and property buyers.

Develop pitch decks, offer documents, and professional presentations that reflect Dubai’s high-end real estate landscape.

Track proposal submission timelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.

Supervise and support the administrative team, ensuring all office operations—from resource allocation to document control—are running efficiently.

Maintain and refine proposal templates, company presentations, and case studies in line with brand standards.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to sharpen proposal quality and positioning.

Liaise with brokers, agencies, and investor networks to facilitate effective communication and partnership development.

Ensure the office environment aligns with industry standards, operational policies, and long-term company goals.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of relevant experience with DLD and OQOOD registration.

2–3 years in office management, with proven experience leading admin teams.

Experience in budgeting, process improvement, and proposal development.

Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate ecosystem, RERA regulations, and investor behaviors.
