Apex Homes Real Estate is seeking multiple Area Team Leaders to manage high-energy teams of property consultants across key locations including Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Emirates Living, Dubai Hills, and Jumeirah Golf Estates. This role is ideal for experienced brokers or emerging leaders with strong residential real estate knowledge and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and support a team of property consultants.

• Maintain deep knowledge of building-specific trends, investor demand, and rental yields.

• Oversee listing quality, marketing campaigns, and area-specific lead generation.

• Network with owners, tenants, and developers as the face of Apex Homes in your area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in high-volume residential real estate sales.

• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership or area-focused role preferred.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to AED 15,000 salary (based on experience).

• 65% commission on personal deals + 5% override on team performance.
