Job Title: Project Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, specializing in high-end interior materials such as wooden flooring, laminates, and wood veneers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, solid technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles while maintaining client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Order Booking:

Generate and follow up on enquiries to secure orders for both retail and large-scale interior projects.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/gross margin targets as set by management.

Reach an order booking strike rate of 15–20% from total monthly quoted enquiries.

Develop qualified prospects through proactive client visits and market intelligence.

Convert leads into business through effective sales techniques and solution-based approaches.
Client Management & Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers, consultants, and contractors.

Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand needs, and provide solutions that align with project specifications.

Identify project opportunities at various stages (design, tendering, execution) to stay ahead of the curve.
Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, monthly management reports, and lead tracking systems.

Collaborate with internal sales divisions for cross-specification opportunities.

Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager and leadership team during weekly meetings or as needed.
Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market movements within the flooring and interior materials segment.

Present and demonstrate product value through persuasive pitches and customized presentations.
Team Contribution & Leadership Qualities:

Work independently while collaborating efficiently with internal teams.

Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring team members when required and contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

Ensure alignment with the company’s commercial goals, ethical standards, and operational practices.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

3–5 years of sales experience in the interior materials or construction industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in the projects and contracting landscape.

Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
