Bosch Middle East is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects. This role involves overseeing the project lifecycle from planning to execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate with business and IT teams, supervise system integration and data migration, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.

• Oversee project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Align SAP solutions with business objectives and ensure system integration and data migration.

• Manage budget, resources, and timelines, optimizing project efficiency.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify improvements.

• Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP projects.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and large-scale transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.

• Expertise in data migration, system testing, and user training.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
