RP International is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives across data analytics and enterprise/investment applications in a fast-paced, global environment. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and ensuring the alignment of projects with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise and investment applications.

• Manage cross-functional teams across application development, analytics, and infrastructure.

• Execute projects using Agile (required) and Waterfall (preferred) methodologies.

2. Technology Oversight & Execution:

• Oversee key technology initiatives involving platforms like Snowflake, DealCloud, BAISM One, Barra One, FactSet, CITCO, Oracle, Power BI, and others.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.

3. Project Documentation & Performance Monitoring:

• Ensure high-quality documentation, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.

• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

4. Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Maintain detailed project plans and handle any project issues that arise during execution.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within top-tier banks or investment firms.

• Hands-on experience managing data analytics projects.

• Strong understanding of enterprise/investment application architecture and integration.

2. Certifications:

• PMP & PMI-ACP certified (Agile is non-negotiable; Waterfall experience preferred).

3. Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical acumen and programming background.

• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Power Platform, Snowflake, and others listed.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail under pressure.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially at senior levels.
