Space42 is currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join its hybrid workforce in the UAE. This role is critical for delivering end-to-end project governance, risk management, customer relationship development, and Agile-based execution. The successful candidate will oversee AI and analytics-driven projects from scoping through to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely completion.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders, establishing trusted relationships.

• Apply Agile methodologies to set realistic project milestones, timelines, and expectations.

• Lead customer engagement, including reporting, scheduling, and defining success metrics.

• Drive project management functions including risk mitigation, escalation handling, and issue resolution.

• Oversee solution performance with attention to security, scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with technical teams on pre-launch planning, incident reviews, and service improvement initiatives.

• Support business transformation and sales/revenue goals through successful project delivery.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or analytics platform environments.

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum project delivery.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in client-facing roles and customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
