Job Title: Project Controls Manager 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, scheduling, and performance management for major infrastructure and civil development projects across the UAE. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a solid track record in project planning, forecasting, and execution control on large-scale, multi-phase developments.

As a key member of the project leadership team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining transparency through accurate reporting and proactive risk management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

• Lead cost control, change management, and earned value analysis processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track progress and resolve delays or deviations.

• Lead estimation, resource allocation, and scope tracking activities.

• Anticipate and address risks, conflicts, and resource bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

• Align project goals with stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 12 years total experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on project controls within infrastructure or civil works.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, project reporting software, and cost control systems.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to dynamic project demands.
