We are seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural design and technical coordination across all project phases, from Concept Design to Detailed Design. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure design excellence and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with project objectives.

• Develop and review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and material selections.

• Ensure designs meet building codes, local regulations, and international standards.

• Implement space planning strategies optimizing functionality, circulation, and aesthetics.

• Conduct zoning, accessibility, and safety compliance analyses.

• Prepare test fits, massing studies, and layout optimizations based on client needs.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for integrated design solutions.

• Facilitate technical workshops and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

• Manage and review consultant deliverables for quality and timeline alignment.

• Present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback.

• Monitor project design progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and engineering disciplines.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM workflows.

• Familiarity with local building codes and international standards (IBC, BS, LEED).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design integrity.
