The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing program delivery, aligning with business goals, and ensuring smooth execution of technical and functional requirements. Prior experience in the UAE banking sector is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery within the CRAT domain.

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.

• Interpret and manage both functional and technical requirements.

• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of industry experience, preferably in IT and banking sectors.

• Proven track record in delivering complex programs.

• In-depth understanding of the CRAT domain.

• Strong technical background and familiarity with IT terminologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• UAE banking sector experience is required.
