Securitas USA is currently hiring Professional Security Officers for multiple sites in Illinois. This position is ideal for individuals with a military or law enforcement background, though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure the safety and security of client premises, personnel, and visitors through professional patrol and monitoring services.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol client sites both indoors and outdoors to ensure security and safety.

• Secure facility entrances and control access.

• Identify and report safety hazards and suspicious activities.

• Respond to emergencies and de-escalate conflicts.

• Provide clear and detailed written incident and witness reports.

• Interact professionally with client staff and visitors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must pass background check and drug screening.

• Good physical condition and ability to patrol for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

• Basic computer and technology proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
