This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a senior product manager with a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in data-driven product development. You’ll drive the product roadmap, manage a cross-functional team, and collaborate across multiple departments to deliver high-impact features that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically own and drive talabat’s incentives roadmap.

• Develop and implement product strategies focused on loyalty and promotional incentives.

• Lead product discovery and research to uncover user and vendor needs.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams for end-to-end product lifecycle management.

• Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations to align products with business objectives.

• Define and manage team OKRs aligned with broader strategic goals.

• Measure and analyze product impact to inform continuous improvements.

• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in digital product management (web or mobile).

• Proven track record of launching impactful products, ideally in e-commerce, food delivery, or related industries.

• Experience in building loyalty, incentives, or data-led products.

• Strong analytical and experimentation skills; able to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Familiarity with Agile product management tools like Jira.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Experience mentoring other PMs and leading cross-functional squads.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in high-growth environments or consumer tech platforms.

• Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and iterative product delivery.

• Prior experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a strong plus.
