This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in destination management, product innovation, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will ensure MPE maintains its reputation as a premier provider of curated travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of UAE-based excursions and activities
• Design, source, and negotiate new products aligned with market trends and strategic goals
• Analyze sales performance, unit costs, and guest satisfaction to optimize offerings
• Monitor market conditions and proactively update product packages and pricing
• Ensure all contracts meet legal and operational standards in coordination with COO and Legal teams
• Benchmark against competitors to maintain a leading market position
• Coordinate with IT for B2B/B2C system updates and manage collateral production
• Generate statistical reports and sales recommendations to maximize revenue

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism/DMC product development, especially excursions
• Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism landscape
• Experience in contract and reservation handling
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills
• Business awareness and customer orientation
• Creativity, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
