As a Private Tutor, you will embark on a structured career path starting with zero experience and gradually advancing to elite teaching levels. Thiqa provides full academic training, professional supervision, and access to ready students across various Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions at students’ homes, ensuring effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private tutoring sessions to students at their homes across the UAE.

• Deliver lessons in line with Thiqa’s structured teaching approach.

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

• Participate in ongoing academic training and professional development.

• Uphold high teaching standards and ensure a positive learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Native Arabic speaker.

• Fluency in English.

• Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).

• Minimum daily availability of 4 hours, at least 5 days a week.

• Strong passion for teaching, commitment, and willingness to grow professionally.

• No university degree or prior experience required — full training is provided.
