Ateca Consulting is hiring Private Bankers to join a rapidly expanding External Asset Manager (EAM) in Dubai, with an established footprint across four countries and an AUM of $8 Billion. This is a rare opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, with strong backing and aggressive growth plans including acquisition activity in the DIFC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard high-net-worth clients and establish strong, trust-based relationships.

• Meet asset acquisition targets:
  ➤ $30 million in assets within the first 3 months
  ➤ $100 million within the first 12 months

• Collaborate with Senior Investment Advisors to provide top-tier advisory services.

• Act as a key representative for the EAM in the region, fostering long-term partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or EAM is highly preferred.

• Must demonstrate a strong ability to onboard clients and grow AUM consistently.

• Prior employment with a recognized international private bank or EAM is ideal.

• Deep understanding of the Middle East private banking market.

• Proven stability in career (no frequent job changes).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
