International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking a Primary Learning Support Assistant to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about inclusive education and supporting young learners in a dynamic international school environment. You will work closely with students, teachers, and leadership to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences or special educational needs.

• Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized learning programs.

• Track and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Collaborate with SEN coordinators, teachers, and parents to support holistic student development.

• Uphold ISP’s values of safeguarding, wellbeing, and respect for diversity.

• Support children in developing independent learning and self-regulation skills.

• Contribute to classroom management and administrative tasks when required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or learning support environment is strongly preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• A positive, proactive, and empathetic approach to working with children.

• Understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction.

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.

• A commitment to continuous professional development.

• Awareness of safeguarding and child protection principles.
