Job Title: Pricing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Pricing Manager to lead the pricing function for genuine automotive parts and lubricants. This role requires a data-driven professional with deep market knowledge, competitive insight, and the ability to design pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning pricing decisions with the company’s business objectives while ensuring profitability and customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Price Strategy Development & Review

Develop and implement pricing strategies for multi-brand genuine automotive parts and lubricants.

Regularly review and adjust pricing structures based on market conditions, cost fluctuations, and competitive insights.

Maintain an accurate and transparent pricing database.
2. Market & Competitor Analysis
-
Conduct comprehensive research to track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Monitor customer purchasing behavior to support informed pricing decisions.
3. Channel & Customer Segmentation
-
Analyze pricing performance across B2B, B2C, dealer, reseller, and workshop channels.

Customize pricing for specific customer segments, including fleet owners, retail clients, commercial accounts, and internal workshops.
4. Profitability & Margin Optimization

Work with the NPM to ensure pricing supports margin and profitability targets.

Perform simulations and scenario analyses to assess financial impacts of pricing changes.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.

Present pricing proposals and findings to senior leadership backed by data and market rationale.
6. Systems & Tools Management

Manage pricing through NetSuite DMS and recommend additional pricing tools if needed.

Ensure timely updates to price lists and communicate changes to all stakeholders.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

Expert knowledge of pricing models and tools

Deep understanding of the automotive genuine/aftermarket parts and lubricants industry

Proficient in MS Excel, NetSuite Oracle, and pricing software
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Qualifications:

MBA or BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

7+ years of experience in pricing, product management, or sales strategy in the automotive sector
Preferred Experience:

Managing pricing for multi-brand product portfolios
-
Experience with distributor networks in GCC
-
Awareness of regional and global pricing trends in the automotive aftermarket
