Barco is looking for a Presales Engineer to drive sales and support its Medical Display Product and Solutions in the Middle East. The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer-first focus, and collaboration with the sales team. The position also includes up to 70% regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to drive sales using technical knowledge and account management skills.

Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and demo support.

Assist with the preparation of tender documents and offer support to customers on technical matters.

Become a trusted advisor for critical accounts and prospective customers.

Provide QA instruction and help customers utilize the QA Web platform.

Engage Barco sales teams and partners by reviewing project plans and utilizing data metrics in the QA platform.

Manage support contracts and identify potential end users for sales opportunities.

Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback to improve satisfaction and business.
-
Travel up to 70% within the Middle East and participate in shows, meetings, and training sessions.

Troubleshoot product connectivity and remain up to date on regional regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree; Engineering or Radiography degree is a plus.

Experience in consultative selling within the Medical Display Technology Industry.

Good understanding of Medical Imaging Display Technology and Solutions.
-
Experience with network configuration (e.g., VPN setup, firewall configuration, routing) is preferred.

Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to interpret customer needs and offer resolutions.

Fluency in Arabic (native) and English.

Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Radiology devices is a plus.

Previous experience in a PSE team and cross-functional matrix organizations is a plus.
